Activity Details

Replacing the acclaimed Quicksilver Sunset Dinner Cruise we now offer the Calypso, which features one of the best dinners around, and a on board chef who will make sure you'll have the best tasting food during your cruise. This 2.5 hour cruise will depart from Maalaea Harbor and take you alongside the Maui coastal line and offer incredible views to West Maui Mountains, Mount Haleakala, Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe and Lanai islands. 


Keep your eyes open as the spinner and bottle-nose dolphins love to surf on the bow of the Quicksilver! Live music will be the "icing on the cake", as you marvel yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. After dinner you may choose between the air-conditioned main cabin or a comfortable outside deck for after dinner dancing. This is a perfect choice for a romantic time for a couple or for a relaxing time with the family.

MENU: All of the ENTREE'S are Gluten Free (Except for the SALAD & DESSERT)

Caesar Salad with homemade croutons and fresh shaved Parmesan cheese, Sauteed Mixed Vegies, Fresh Dinner Rolls with Butter, Sauteed Mixed Vegetables, Wild Rice Pilaf, Mashed Red Potatoes with mushroom gravy and chocolate cake for dessert.
GLUTEN FREE OPTION: Replaces the Caesar's Dressing for a Gluten-Free salad dressing and Dessert is Chocolate covered Strawberries.

Adults ages 21 & up may enjoy up to two complementary alcoholic beverages. The 3rd alcoholic beverage of your choice will cost $3 (No additional alcoholic beverages will be sold).
