Reviews

We took our family of 14, 8 adults and 6 grandchildren to Maui for Thanksgiving 2022 and wanted to treat them all to a luau Thanksgiving Day. We certainly enjoyed the entire luau from start to finish. The staff was outstanding, the food was great - especially how they offered a children favored menu for them. They all loved it. The luau presentation of the dancers and music touched on traditional Hawaiian entertainment. The "lazer" (Star Wars type) they gave the children at the end totally closed off a fun evening for them. Couldn't ask for a greater memory for us all.

There were a couple of things - they give you a lei and your gift but they take your picture before that - why wouldn't you want them in the lei? The show was awesome! The food and beverage were terrible, almost unedible. I mean it is in a Hyatt, and how nice the property was, how do you miss like that on F&B?

$1,500 for preferred seating for 6 people and we were still sat in the middle of the seating area. The food was decent but nothing really stood out. Pretty location, and great service but unsure if I would return.

Great show and excellent view in our preferred seating area. Good food and lots of it. Overall, a very enjoyable evening.

We had preferred seating and it was really awesome to not have to arrive too early, and wait in line with 2 children, we just walked passed all of them and right in. However the fact that VIP seating got the entire front section in front of us was a little disappointing. I thought we would be closer.

We had the best time at the Luau in Maui on May 25, 2017. If you have not been, you need to go! You will not be let down. Can't wait for the next trip to Maui.
