Enjoy a fun and exciting New Year's Eve celebration at Kupanaha, a magic show which has been entertaining local residents and visitors on Maui now for over a decade.  It's a kid's favorite and an exciting time for the entire family!  Your evening will start with table side service for your drinks and up-close magic performed right at your table.  You'll then enjoy a delicious gourmet dinner buffet and choose between several mouth watering options of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Your show features incredible magic performed by Jody and Kathleen Baran, who have earned their distinctive title of "Maui's Magic Family". You'll also enjoy traditional hula performed by awesome Hawaiian dancers.

If you're looking for something different, and want to make this a special ringing into the new year, come to Kupanaha, an entertaining evening featuring spellbinding illusion, traditional hula, a delicious gourmet dinner buffet, open bar, champagne toast and countdown at midnight.  You'll get  several gourmet dishes to choose from and will receive the best service. It's a show for the entire family and by far a kid's favorite! 

Your evening will begin with enchanting hula and an amazing demonstration of close-up magic, performed right at your table.  You'll get to choose from an array of delicious dishes from the buffet table while your drinks and desserts will be served to your table. You'll be taken into a journey filled with wondrous mysteries of famous magicians of Hawaii's past.  Get ready to laugh until your jaw hurts, and enjoy original music and traditional Hawaiian hula dancing.

Salad Bar

 

  • Bountiful Salad greens
  • Fresh home grown island greens served with assorted house made dressing and fresh vegetable toppings
  • Pohole fern, Baby heirloom tomato, ogo & Maui Onion salad
  • Fresh Island grown fiddle head fern tossed with sweet Maui onions, baby heirloom tomatoes and ogo tossed in a balsamic yuzu dressing.
  • Watercress, Bean sprout, Kale and kabocha squash salad
  • Fresh watercress, bean sprouts, Kombucha squash, kale, snap peas, red peppers tossed in a Asian sesame vinaigrette
  • Smokey Bacon, Broccoli & Cranberry Salad
  • Smokey bacon bits mixed with fresh broccoli, dried cranberries and red onions mixed in a light creamy dressing.


Carving Station

 

  • Koala Lamb Chops
  • The award winning lamb chop, this flavorful dish is well like by all including non lamb lovers. Marinated in the chef's blend of sweet soy, Asian blend of herbs and spices than flame grilled. Served with mango mint chutney
  • Kiawe Smoked Roasted Prime rib of Beef
  • Slow roasted over night for tenderness and flavor. Served with the traditional cream horseradish and au jus

  • A combination of wild and white rice, steamed.
  • Oven Roasted Potatoes
  • Seasoned fingerling potatoes slow roasted with herbs

  • Brussels sprout, bacon and mushroom stir-fry
  • Wok fried with bacon, lemon and garlic in olive oil
  • Grilled Asparagus Spears
  • Fresh asparagus grilled with lemon garlic butter


Entree Selections

 

 

  • Seared Jumble Diver Scallops
  • Seasoned and seared over edamame puree and topped with a trio of the chef's sauces
  • Fresh Snapper (Opakapaka or Onaga)
  • Local fresh snapper, sautéed with island bok choi greens, mix mushrooms in a cilantro tomatillo sauce.
  • Orange Stir-Fry with fried Shrimp
  • Large shrimp in a stir-fry of sustainable island vegetables which includes broccoli, mushroom Snow peas, Maui Onions, baby corn and carrot in a orange sauce Wok fried Salmon
  • Fresh salmon fillets tossed in seasoned tapioca flour and wok fried with Kula lemon aioli Aioli, sauce
  • Chicken breast
  • Seared chicken breast topped with a flavorful style adobo sauce and tomato relish
