1-Hour Private Arena Lesson (Ages 5 & up - All levels welcome)
This exclusive lesson is taught in the Piiholo Ranch arena and is customized for each individual rider. Your wrangler-guide will greet you at their Pavilion with a hot cup of coffee, will introduce you to the horse which was picked for you and go over some skills such as basic horsemanship, groundwork, grooming and equitation. 
Length: 1 hour
Days available: Monday through Saturday)
Time: 1 PM (check-in at 12:30 PM)
Level: All levels welcome

2-Hour Private Ride (Ages 8 & up - Minimum of 2 paying guests required)
This awesome 2-hour ride will get you to explore the beauty of Upcountry Maui with an authentic "paniolo" (Hawaiian cowboy), allowing you to enjoy the privacy of your own group as you ride over this incredible working cattle ranch boasting incredible views. Your ride will start at the ranch's arena so you'll get the opportunity to warm-up and get to know your horse.

Days available: 7 days per week
Times: 9:30 AM, 10 AM & 2 PM (check-in 30 minutes prior to tour time)

3-Hour Private Ride with Lunch at the Private Cabins** (Ages 8 & up - Minimum of 2 paying guests required)
This incredible Maui horseback ride includes an exclusive invitation to the Private Baldwin Cabins for a delicious picnic lunch. Before your ride you'll meet your paniolo guide who will treat you to a hot cup of coffee and to the horse they have chosen for you. You'll ride through the beautiful grounds of Piiholo Ranch and its open pastures, Eucalyptus Forests and Ranch Reservoir. Lunch will be served at their private cabins where you'll enjoy breathtaking views and atmosphere. **This is NOT a private tour.

"Cowboy For A Day" 3-Hour Ride
Get ready for an exclusive horseback adventure offered only by Piiholo Ranch, where you'll get the opportunity to work as a Hawaiian Paniolo! You'll begin this fun activity by meeting your Paniolo Guide, who will greet you with a fresh cup of coffee and introduce you to the horse they have chosen for you. He will also show those interested in "working it" how to move the cattle in the direction you want them to go. After this fun and exciting Maui horseback ride you'll get to enjoy a delicious picnic lunch at the pavilion. 
Length: 3 hours
Days available: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10 AM (check-in 30 minutes prior to tour time)
Level: All levels welcome

Restrictions / Requirements:

 

Must wear long pants and closed toe shoes

 

Minimum age: 8  Riders ages 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult.  Riders 13 & up must have a parent or guardian sign waiver.
All riders 17 & under MUST WEAR A HELMET.
Rides go out RAIN OR SHINE, unless due to extreme weather.

 

Maximum Weight & Minimum Height Requirements

IMPORTANT: Participants MUST meet this requirement, which has a maximum weight based on height. Anyone who misjudges his/her weight and height may be subject to being restricted from participating in ride without any refunds or compensations. Please be sure to add your height and weight at check-out or when contacting our reservations office.
