Restrooms: On some hikes there are toilets or porta-potties at the trail head. Once we’re hiking, though, we head for the bushes. If you’re uncomfortable using the bushes, please let your guide know before the hike begins so you can both decide what’s best for you.
What to wear: Running shoes or sports sandals (Tevas, Chacos or Keens), shorts and short-sleeved shirts or t-shirts, unless mosquitoes bother you; if so, you should wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. If planning on swimming, wear your bathing suits under your regular clothes.
What to bring: Towel, sunscreen, Camera & Phone (a Ziploc or plastic bag is recommended to avoid damage from moisture). You're responsible for any personal equipment you bring with you.
