The Maui Nui Lū‘au at Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa offers guests an authentic Hawaiian experience on Ka‘anapali Beach near the iconic Black Rock. Upon arrival, attendees are greeted with welcome drinks and have the opportunity for a commemorative photo. A traditional flower lei is presented, subject to availability; if unavailable, alternatives like a kukui nut lei are provided. The evening begins with live Hawaiian music and cultural demonstrations on stage, immersing guests in the rich heritage of the islands.

 

A highlight of the lū‘au is the self-service buffet, featuring a variety of Hawaiian-inspired dishes. Special for Mother's Day, the buffet includes prime rib and creamy mashed potatoes, offering a fusion of local flavors and familiar favorites. An open bar is available from the time doors open until the conclusion of the scheduled program, allowing guests to enjoy a selection of beverages throughout the evening.

 

The entertainment centerpiece is Tihati Productions’ presentation of “Maui Nui,” a captivating performance that brings to life the legends and history of Maui and the Pacific through song and dance. Set against the backdrop of a stunning oceanfront location, the Maui Nui Lū‘au provides an unforgettable evening of cultural immersion, culinary delights, and mesmerizing performances.
